Functions

• Examination cell serves all examination notices received from university to all concerned.
• Examination cell prepares circular for students regarding exam fees collection, the last date of fees collection , modalities of payment of fine etc..
• Examination cell takes necessary steps for distribution of answer sheets to the concerned teaches after completion of the internal exam and receiving the answer sheets , award list and preparing in the desired format to send them to university.
• Examination cell takes all precautions while preparing examination time table, invigilation duties , seating plans for the students in the examination halls, smooth conduct of examination etc.
• Examination cell mobilizes the proper staff during the examination time and assigning them duty as per the invigilation duties already prepared.
• Examination cell staff collects Marks Memos of various examinations from the university and they distribute them to the corresponding students.
• Examination cell keeps all records pertaining to examinations.
• Examination cell staff addresses grievances of administration, faculty , staff and students on all examination related issues.

Roles and Responsibilities i) Concerned Department HOD (Member):-

a) Inform to students regarding university end examination Notifications and Time Tables as per university guidelines.

b) To ensure sanity and integrity of the examination by preparing the seating arrangement of students in a manner that will not compromise the examination.

c) To prepare the attendance sheets for each venue to be used for examination.

d) To prepare a schedule of invigilation for chief invigilators, invigilators and Attendants.

e) To ensure the overall sanity of the examination by moving round the venues allocated for the examinations in order to monitor the processes and conducts of the invigilators and the students.

f) To prepare result analysis for all university examinations based on results declared by University

g) To carry out all functions as may be assigned to it by JNTUH.

h) To keep inventory of scripts / booklets collections by the examination cell.

ii) Additional In charge Exams (Member):-

To conduct MID TERM examinations as per university academic calendar.

iii) In charge Exams(Member):-

To monitor and conduct all examinations in a smooth manner by the guidelines issued by the university. To carry out pre – examinations and post – examination works.

iv) Chairman:-

To carry out all duties related to examinations as may be assigned by the University from time to time.

He is authorized to issue notifications such as examinations RC & RV in line with University.
