Functions of the cell

To ensure the availability of electricity and water in the campus.
To have a procedure to maintain water and electric equipment.
To ensure timely availability of medical facilities and first aid kit
To maintain academic buildings , hostels, guest house facilities, and the campus.
To ensure the safety of buildings through fire extinguishers, earthing pits, safety cheeks of potable water, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities Concerned Faculty (Member):-

To monitor and regular maintenance of the building and the equipments of the Institution .
To monitor and plan major and minor repairs of the lab equipments, office, computer and electrical accessories.
Maintenance of computer hardware, networking software and operating system softwares.
Regular monitor on electricity supply and water supply throughout the campus
Maintaining first aid kit and medical facilities.
To provide support and resolve computer and electrical network issues in the organization

Concerned Faculty (Member):-

To ensure Electrical / Computer / Network Maintenance Committee functions properly.

To provide support and supervision to the committee.

Supervision the grievance about the Electrical / Computer / Network Maintenance Committee.
